Sameer) on veterinary grounds as it was observed to be suffering from upper respiratory tract infection; He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

SEDULOUS (S Antony Raj) got hurt while being saddled, whereby, its left upper incisors hung and bled; Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's Orders; Trainer Mr. Neil B Devaney was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey Y S Srinath, the rider of GANDHARVA, was fined Rs.3,000/- for not maintaining a straight course, during the final stages of the Race.

SECRET TOUCH (G Y Rajesh Babu) sustained gum injury.

HAPPY DANCING (S John) sustained small cut inside right nostril.
