Racing Incidents

Soon after the start, DESERT PRIDE (Suraj Narredu) shifted in under urgings thereby tightening ICONIA (Neeraj Rawal) and ART MANOEUVRE (Dashrath Singh). After the race, on questioning, Jockey Suraj Narredu stated that being the first run of the filly she was green and was lugging in throughout the race.

After the race, ART MANOEUVRE was observed to have broken a blood vessel and is not to race for the stipulated ban period of four weeks. The filly has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O. before next accepting to race.
