Naresh (AEROFOIL) was fined Rs. 5000/- for cutting across the field at about the 1200 mtrs when he was not sufficiently clear of the runners racing on his inside in the process causing inconvenience to INDIAN DREAMS (P. Ajeeth Kumar), LIMOUSINE (Fergus Sweeney) and FABULOUS ART (Abhishek S. Pawar).
 
Explanation of Jockey Fergus Sweeney (LIMOUSINE) that his mount did not raise a winning gallop in the straight inspite of his best efforts, noted for future reference.
