Jockey V R Jagdeesh, the rider of CENTURIO, reported that his mount was hanging 'out' in the straight; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and it was reported that the examination of the mouth of the horse revealed old ulcer inside right side of mouth; Trainer Mr. M Pratap Kamath was informed to take appropriate remedial measures before accepting with it again.

Jockey R N Darshan, the rider of CEREZA, was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the Race [first infringement].
