Racing Incidents

KIM (Tanveer Alam) was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds(Lame on left hind due to cut injuries).Trainer Fazal-Ul-Rehman was advised to get his charge certified fit by the Club’s Senior Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey V.R.Jagadeesh’s flight being delayed he was permitted to be substituted by Jockey C.Umesh on EXCELLENT RAINBOW.

HEAVENLY BLUE (Saddam Hussain) was slow to start losing about a length or two.

TEXAS ROSE (Md.Hesnain) reared up as the start was affected losing about 2 to 3 lengths.

STAR SOLITAIRE (P.Trevor) stumbled passing the 600 meters and returned bleeding from both nostrils after the race. Trainer R.Foley was advised to get his charge certified fit by the Club’s Senior Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

EXCELLENT RAINBOW (C.Umesh) was observed to run erratic and bumped the railings passing about the 600 meters and again at about the 500 meters. At about the 100 meters EXCELLENT RAINBOW (C.Umesh) shifted in due to which TEXAS ROSE (Md.Hesnain) had to be checked, since EXCELLENT RAINBOW was observed to be running erratic Jockey C.Umesh was only cautioned.
