Racing Incidents

RARE RHYTHM (Raghu K) was extremely fractious, reared up and flipped over in the stalls and was found to have sustained contusion on back. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's order. Trainer Mr. Imtiaz Khan was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of TANOURA reported that he accidentally lost his whip approaching 150 Metres.

STAR STYLE (Sai Kiran) sustained superficial injury on left hind fetlock.

GLITTERING GOLD (Antony Raj S.) was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

It was reported after the race that AARON THE BARON (Y.S. Srinath) pulled up lame on left fore (at 6.30 p.m.). Trainer Mr. S. Padmanabhan was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
