Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. V Narayana Gowda to withdraw ARABIAN PROMISE (R Praveen Shinde) as it was highly reluctant and refused to be loaded into the Horse float for travel from Bengaluru. 

Trainer Mr. K P G Appu was fined Rs.2,000/- for failing to produce the declared colours in respect of his charge, INKY BLACK (Shamaz Shareef); Subsequently, All Black emergency colours were permitted to be used. 

Jockey Shiva Kumar, the rider of CHIEF'S ARROW, was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting 'out' and causing interference to MISS BOLT (S Antony Raj) on his outside, whereby, the latter horse went onto CLASSIC SPEED (Arshad Alam), approaching the 800 Metres. 

Jockey K Sai Kiran, the rider of SHE'S STYLISH, was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the Race [first infringement]. 

It was reported that CELESTAR (R Anand) burst its blood vessels; Trainer Mr. J Sharavanan was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
