LOVELY SIERRA (P. Mani) jumped awkwardly outwards onto AAFRIKAAN (Rajesh N) soon after the start.

Jockey Rayan Ahmed R., the rider of MUSIC DIVINE reported that his mount was hanging 'in' after entering the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. F. Sirajuddin was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

Jockey Rajesh Kumar M, the rider of ARABIAN PROMISE, placed 4th by the judge objected against Jockey Rayan Ahmed R., the rider of MUSIC DIVINE placed 2nd for “In the final 200 Meters MUSIC DIVINE cut cross sharply whereby my horse stopped galloping for a brief while which cost me a certain 2nd place".  The Stewards on hearing the Jockeys concerned and after deliberations decided to overrule the objection. The Stewards also felt that the objection was frivolous in nature and therefore decided to fine a sum of Rs. 5,000/- to Jockey Rajesh Kumar. M.

An enquiry is being held into the excess weight of shoes (978.2 gms) on ROCKET PUNCH (Nazerul Alam) as regards to prescribed limit of 600 gms, trained by Mr. M.P. Mahaesh in the above race.
