Consequent to Jockey Akshay Kumar not being available to ride, the Stewards permitted Kiran Naidu to be substituted on INCI.
 
RIKKI TIKKI TAVI (A. Sandesh) jumped out slowly losing about 4 or 5 lengths, SSC revoked.
 
Explanation of Jockey A. Sandesh (RIKKI TIKKI TAVI) in the presence of Trainer L.V.R. Deshmukh that his mount was restless inside the stalls and also turned the head sideways as the start was effected, because of which he missed the jump, losing about 4 or 5 lengths and he was also forced out at about the 800 mtrs because of which he lost considerable ground and thereafter he did his best was noted.
 
Jockey A.M. Tograllu (BLUE EMPRESS) reported that his mount was trying to run out throughout the race, as such he could not ride out his mount on an even keel in the process shifted out at about the 800 mtrs causing interference to RIKKI TIKKI TAVI and again drifted out in the straight inspite of his best efforts, noted.  Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the filly sustained bleeding cut injury over right fore.  However, the filly was trotting sound after the race.  Trainer Laxman Singh was advised to show his charge in a Mock race to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards before next accepting in a race.
 
Jockey Neeraj Rawal (HAILSTORM) was fined Rs. 3000/- for shifting in at about the 800 mtrs in the process taking the ground of ONCE MORE (Nakhat Singh).
