Jockey Nikhil Naidu, the rider of DIAMOND HARBOUR, reported that the surcingle of his mount snapped during the running of the race. Subsequent examination revealed that the equipment was in serviceable condition , as such no further action was taken beyond noting the incident.

The Veterinary Officer reported that SPEED FORCE returned bleeding from both nostrils. Tr. Ms. Arti Doctor was informed not to accept with the gelding until cer tified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
