GOD LEGEND was not declared to start. Trainer Akbar Malick was fined a sum of Rs.5,000/- for not declaring to start after accepting with his charge.

SEVEN CRORE was permitted to be withdrawn. Trainer Fazal-Ul-Rehman was fined a sum of Rs.5,000/- for accepting his charge whose part owner was on BAN.

Trainer Vishal Gaikwad was permitted to saddle SPITFIRE (Akshay Kumar) and ARABIA (Leigh Roche) on behalf of Trainer P.Shroff at both trainers risk and liability.

SPITFIRE (Akshay Kumar) was slow to start losing 3 lengths.
