Racing Incidents

Jockey Irvan Singh replaced the indisposed Jockey Vivek on PINYADA.

TURF STAR (Y. S. Srinath) jumped awkwardly inwards and inconvenienced ULTIMATE WARRIOR (Md.Akram) soon after the start.

It was observed that TURF STAR (Y. S. Srinath) slipped from its fore legs, thereby dislodging the rider and consequent to which Jockey Irvan Singh, the rider of PINYADA had to check and shift out inconveniencing ULTIMATE WARRIOR (Md.Akram) on his outside approaching 1200 Metres.

Jockey Mohd Asif Khan, the rider of RAFA was fined Rs.1,000 for shifting 'in' and causing interference to BLUE BLAZER (Arshad Alam) on his inside approaching 900 Metres.

It was reported after the race that TURF STAR (Y. S. Srinath) was lame due to severe lacerated bleeding injury on right hind stifle and injury on left fore cannon. Subsequently, it was euthanized on 12th January, 2019 as it was found to have fractured bones on hind hock.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f CERISE NOIR.
