Racing Incidents

ARECA LEGEND (Imran Chisty) was examined at the starting gate by the Club`s Veterinary Officer and was found to be trotting lame on right fore. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter`s order. Trainer Mr.Prasanna Kumar was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey Manish R, the rider of MINIVER ROSE was fined Rs.1,000/ for coming `in` and cutting across the field thereby the riders of CASTAWAY (P. Trevor) and PANAMA (Neeraj Rawal) on his inside had to steady their respective mounts passing the 1100 Metres.

Jockey A. Sandesh, the rider of CHARMED LIFE was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting `in` and causing interference to CASTAWAY (P. Trevor) on his inside passing the 400 Metres.
It was reported after the race that DAISY DUKE (Anjar Alam) pulled up lame on right fore.

Trainer Mr.Irfan Ghatala was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
