Racing Incidents

NANUK was permitted to be withdrawn on medication grounds. Trainer J.Sebastian was fined a sum of Rs.5000/- for not declaring to start after having accepted with his charge due to late realisation of medication.

LOVELY DANCER (P.Kiran Rai) was permitted to be withdrawn as Trainer Vishesh.M.P was not present for saddling of his charge and for giving the jockey instructions nor had he deputised another Trainer or informed the Stipendiary Stewards. Under the circumstances the Trainer was fined a sum of Rs.10,000/-. 
          
Jockey A.Imran Khan the rider of LADY LOVE reported that his mount was inclined to hang in for major part of the race did not show any improvement in the straight despite all efforts.The Veterinary officer was asked to examine the filly, who reported that the filly was lame on right fore.Trainer P.Krishna was asked to get his charge certified fit by the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
