Racing Incidents

There was a dual declaration of App.K.Nazil by Trainer S.Waheed on MACGYVER and by Trainer Subhag Singh on PARADISE. On questioning all concerned, App. K. Nazil confirmed that he had accepted both the rides assuming that the race was divided and hence had confirmed with both trainers, however, he stated that he wished to fulfill his engagement on MACGYVER. As such, Trainer Subhag Singh was permitted to declare App.P.S.Kaviraj on PARADISE.  App.K.Nazil has been fined Rs.1,000/- for accepting two rides in the same race.
 
Soon after the start, MACGYVER (App. K. Nazil, dr.3) shifted out under urgings thereby tightening NIGHTFALL (App. H. Zeeshan, dr.4), ANDALUCIA (App. R. Ajinkya, dr.5) and GOLDEN TOWER (App. N. B. Kuldeep, dr.6). Thereafter, WABI SABI (App. D. R. Shubham, dr.7) shifted in and went across GOLDEN TOWER thereby further tightening ANDALUCIA and NIGHTFALL. After questioning all concerned, App. K. Nazil has been fined Rs.3,000/- and App. D. R. Shubham has been fined Rs.2,000/-.
 
Soon after the start, AME (A. Sandesh, dr.11) shifted in, due to which FOREVER FREE (App.S. A. Amit, dr.10) shied inwards and had to be steadied. Jockey A. Sandesh has been cautioned.
 
After the race, NIGHTFALL was trotted and found to be sound.
