Racing Incidents

BARACCHUS (David Allan) planted, lost many lengths at the start and ran detached thereafter. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr.S. Padmanabhan was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in at least two Mock Races.

TOROROSSO (A. Sandesh) took a fly jump

Jockey P. Trevor, the rider of SAINT PETERSBURG reported that his mount stopped galloping in the final 400 Metres. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

Jockey T. S. Jodha, the rider of FIRE GLOW was reprimanded for shifting 'in' and inconveniencing AUTOMATIC (Shamaz Shareef) on his inside in the final 150 Metres.

It was reported after the race that THE LIEUTENANT (Arshad Alam) pulled up lame on right fore. Trainer Mr.K.P.G Appu was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
