Racing Incidents

LIMOUSINE (Deepak Singh) was examined at the Starting gates and was observed to be trotting lame on left fore, as such the mare has been permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds before coming under starters orders.

App. Md. Ismail (STARBOY) reported loss of whip at about the 250 mtrs.

AFLATUN (Darshan R N) dropped back from about the 400 mtrs whilst travelling with front runners and finished the course distance behind.

A Stewards enquiry was called immediately after the running of the race, where in App. Md. Ismail (STARBOY) placed 2nd by the Judges, had failed to weigh in after the race.  After due deliberation, the Stewards resolved to disqualify STARBOY from the 2nd place and ordered the revised placings as under:

1.       ACTUALLY                    Winner
2.       WOOD BRIDGE               Second
3.       DIESIS DREAM                Third
4.       MOSSAD                       Fourth
5.       FREEDOM FIRE               Fifth
6.       MADONNA                     Sixth

The Stewards further directed the Stipendiary Stewards to keep the enquiry open and dwell further in to the running and riding of STARBOY (App. Md. Ismail).

GANGADHAR (Praveen Gaddam) returned lame on left hind due to back sprain.

EAU CLAIRE (Dashrath Singh) returned lame on both fore due to sprain of fetlock joints.
