Trainer Mr. Azhar Ali was fined Rs.10,000/- for having accepted his charge AQUA BLESSING when it was under B.T.F. BAN. Subsequently, permission was granted to him to withdraw the horse from the above race.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. M. P. Mahaesh to withdraw ROCKET PUNCH (P. S. Chouhan) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be lame on left hind. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's order. DAUPHINE (Surya P.) jumped awkwardly inwards and inconvenienced KANTHAKA (A. Sandesh) whereby he could not ride from his desired 2nd /3rd - position.
