There was a dual declaration of App.K.Nazil by Trainer Subhag Singh on GOLDEN ORCHID and by Trainer Narendra Lagad onTOP WIZARD. On questioning all concerned, App. K. Nazil confirmed that he had accepted to ride TOP WIZARD. As such, Trainer Subhag Singh was permitted to declare App.H.Zeeshan on GOLDEN ORCHID and he has been fined Rs.1,000/- for declaring a Jockey without his consent.
 
LOVELY FAIRY (Neeraj Rawal) played up in the stall. The mare was taken out and was examined by the Club’s Sr.V.O.  and found to have a bleeding injury on the left fore cannon, as such, she was certified unfit to race and was withdrawn before coming under the Starter’s order.  Trainer C.Rajendra has been asked to give the mare more gate practice and show her to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials before next accepting to race. Further, the trainer is required to obtain a fitness certificate for the mare from the Club’s V.O. before next accepting to race.
 
VITESSE (App.A.S.Peter) was restless in the stall and was not allowing the rider to settle. Trainer H.J.Antia has been asked to give the mare more gate practice and show her to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.
 
At the start, WHISPERING QUEEN (App.Raghuveer Singh, dr.2) jumped inwards on to BEYOND TIME (Dashrath Singh, dr 1).
 
The saddle on HI HO SILVER (App. Vishal N. Bunde) was observed to have slipped during the race due to which App. Vishal N. Bunde was unable to ride out his mount to complete advantage. Trainer Dallas Todywalla has been fined Rs.2,000/- for faulty saddling of his charge.
 
After the race, TOP WIZARD and HI HO SILVER were trotted and found to be sound. TOP WIZARD had a cut injury at the right fore knee.
