Racing Incidents

b m NOVIKOV, a declared starter in the above race, was examined by the Veterinary Officer on the morning of 18th September, 2019 and found to be lame on right hind. Under the circumstances the mare was withdrawn on veterinary grounds. Tr. J E Mckeown was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.

Jockey P Trevor was fined a sum of Rs. 5,000/- for failing to fulfil his riding engagement for the day. Tr. Ms. Arti Doctor was permitted to substitute Jockey C Alford in place of Jockey P Trevor to ride her charge MR FOGG’S.

BERGAMOT (Dhanu S Deora) and MR FOGG’S (C Alford) were fractious while being stalled. COUP DE GRACE (Satish Nayak) was slow to begin.
