Racing Incidents

Jockey G. Naresh (TOUGH AND GO) was cautioned for shifting in soon after the start in the process forcing in the runners drawn on his inside.

Jockey Kuldeep Singh (BEDAZZLED) was fined Rs. 1000/- for shifting out in the final 100 mtrs under use of the whip in the process forcing out TOP IN TURF (Akshay Kumar).

App. Gopal Singh (BEST IN SHOW) was cautioned for failing to maintain a straight course in the final stages of the race.

CERBERUS (Kiran Naidu) trailed the field throughout the race. Trainer D. Netto was advised for a better performance in future.

Explanation of Jockey Aneel (SACRED LAMP) that his mount ran green throughout the race inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer R.H. Sequeira was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.

TOP IN TURF (Akshay Kumar) was observed to have lost its right fore shoe during the running of the race and was also trotting lame on left fore due to knee joint sprain. Trainer S.S.F. Hassan was advised to ensure that his charge is certified fit by the Club's Veterinary Officer before next accepting in a race.

BEST IN SHOW (App. Gopal Singh) the winner of the race is sampled.
