Racing Incidents

Jockey Indar Jeet Singh, the rider of DALLAS was reprimanded for not maintaining a straight course soon after the jump out.
 
Jockey P P Dhebe, the rider of APOLLO BAY reported that his mount was not galloping fluently throughout the race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Kishan Thomas was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.
 
Jockey R Shelar, the rider of ASH WINDER, reported that his mount shifted `out' after entering the straight, despite his best efforts to keep it on a straight course. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but, no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. G T Surender was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
 
It was reported after the race that ABOVE THE REST (Chethan Gowda) pulled up lame on right fore. Trainer Mr. Lokanath V was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
 
KRUGER PARK (Shamaz Shareef) sustained cut over left hind cannon bulb of heels.
