Trainer Mr Monnappa C D was fined Rs.2,000/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge, ELA HARIKA (V R Jagdeesh); Subsequently, All Black emergency colours were permitted to be used. 

Jockey M Rajesh Kumar, the rider of CELESTAR was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting 'in' and causing interference to SENATOR (Chethan Gowda) on his inside which went onto PREMIER ACE (C A Brisson) as a result the latter brushed the railings approaching 1000 Metres.

It was observed during the Race that FELIX LEGION (Ramandeep S Bal) was hanging 'in' throughout the Race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. It was reported after the Race that SENATOR (Chethan Gowda) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. Surender G T was informed that he must produce Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

An enquiry is being held into the manner of riding of Jockey Chethan Gowda, on his mount SENATOR, trained by Mr. G T Surender, in the above Race.
