Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Samar Singh to run his charge ROMANTIC HAVEN without Tongue Strap in the above race as the horse was very fractious and the mare did not allow the Tongue Strap to be put on in the saddling enclosure.

Jockey Irvan Singh, the rider of JE NE SAIS QUOI was fined Rs.3,000/- for coming 'in' and tightening the horses on his inside viz; SOUTH BELL (K. Sai Kiran) and TEQUILA TORNADO (David Allan) along the rails approaching 1300 Metres.

It was reported after the race that JE NE SAIS QUOI (Irvan Singh) had apparently lost its right fore shoe during the race.

It was reported after the race that ROMANTIC HAVEN (V.R.Jagadeesh) pulled up lame on right fore. Trainer Mr. Samar Singh was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
