Jockey B.R.Kumar (ICE WARRIOR) reported that his mount was slow into stride in the initial stages of the race because of which he was forced to race at the rear end, noted.
           
Explanation of Trainer M. Srinivas Reddy with regard to the inconsistent running of his charge (MAHASHAKTI) that his instructions to the Jockeys were always to sit close with front runners and do their best in the straight, but in the previous run i.e in Race No. 140 his charge was blocked for opening in the straight until about 150 metres due to wall of horses racing in front and thereafter his charge dropped the bit and did not raise a fluent gallop as compared to the present race where the filly got a clear run in the straight which has been to her advantage and she could manage to win the race.  As this confirmed our observation, the Trainers explanation was noted.

Explanation of jockey Suraj Narredu (MINNELLI) that his instructions were to go to front or sit close with front runners because of which he was forced to ride out his mount throughout the race to keep up with the pace and thereafter when asked for an effort in the straight his mount did not raise a winning gallop. Trainer while confirming the above added that his charge is still a maiden and ran to her potential was noted for future reference.
