Racing Incidents

SUN POWER (Manish .R) was examined at the starting gate by the Club's Veterinary Officer and was found to be trotting lame on left fore. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's order. Trainer Mr.Imtiaz Khan was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey Arvind Kumar, the rider of SIDE WINDER was fined Rs. 2,000/- for shifting 'in' and tightening the horses on his inside viz; ROYAL RESOLUTION (David Allan) and KNOTTY OAK (S. John), whereby KNOTTY OAK (S. John) which was travelling directly behind had to be checked passing the 1000 Metres.
 
Jockey Antony Raj S., the rider of SPANISH BEAUTY was fined Rs. 2,000/- for shifting 'in' and causing interference to BIG BOON (Chethan Gowda) on his inside approaching 700 Metres.

Jockey S. John, the rider of KNOTTY OAK was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting 'in' and causing interference to BIG BOON (Chethan Gowda) on his inside, which in turn passed it onto SIDE WINDER (Arvind Kumar) passing the 150 Metres.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch m SPANISH BEAUTY.
