Trainer Mr. Samar Singh was fined Rs.2,000/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge, DALLAS (M Naveen); Subsequently, All Black emergency colours were permitted to be used. 

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Bobby M to withdraw his charge DOMITIA (Mukesh Kumar), on veterinary grounds, as it was observed to have lost its right fore shoe on the way to Weigh Bridge.

STAR ATRIUM  (K Nazil) was examined at the starting gates and was found to be trotting lame on right fore; Under the cicumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's  Order. Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
