Racing Incidents

FIREBURG (App Aditya Kr. Jaiswal) arrived late to the start thereby delaying the proceedings of the race. Tr. Vikash Jaiswal was advised to ensure that his charge arrives on time in future.

PRINCESS RUMELA (App P Tejeshwar)was slow to begin.

Approaching the 1100 metres b g FIREBURG (App Aditya Kr. Jaiswal) clipped the heels of HAPPY RETURNS (Imran Chisty) and stumbled, thereafter, the gelding finished the race detached from the field and on passing the winning post its rider dismounted. On immediate veterinary examination FIREBURG was found to be lame on left fore. Tr. Vikash Jaiswal was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.

Jockey Imran Chisty, the rider of HAPPY RETURNS,reported that during the running of the race his mount was indicating some discomfort in its hind quarters. On immediate veterinary examination no ailment was noticed by the Veterinary Officer. Tr. Manvendra Singh was advised to get his charge further examined by the Veterinary Officer and report ailment, if any.

The Veterinary Officer reported that PRINCESS RUMELA (App P Tejeshwar) returned with right fore cut injury.
