Racing Incidents

BRITISH EMPRESS (Md. Ismail) jumped out slowly losing about 2 or 3 lengths. Trainer R.H. Sequeira was advised to show his charge at the gates before next accepting in a race.

Jockeys R N Darshan (MR. SHANGHAI) and Suraj Narredu (ASHWA BRAVO) were cautioned for shifting out and in respectively soon after the start in the process tightening STAR OF TIARA (A. Sandesh) racing in between.

Explanation of Jockey B.R. Kumar (MIND READER) that his mount maintained an erratic course in the straight insptie of his best efforts was not accepted and the Jockey was fined a sum of Rs.1000/- for changing the course on more than one occasion in the straight for no apparent reason.  The Jockey further reported loss of whip at about 150 mtrs.
