Jockey Akshay Kumar, the rider of REALIA was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting ‘in’ and causing interference to BALTIMORE( S. John) on his inside soon after the start.

Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of BOMBIX was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting 'in' and causing interference to EKALAVYA (Darshan R.N) on his inside passing the 700 Metres.

Jockey Prashant P.Dhebe, the rider of FORTUNEER reported that his mount was hanging 'in' throughout the race. Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
 
An enquiry was held on 4th December, 2020 by the Stipendiary Steward for the above race into the interference caused by Jockey Khurshad Alam, the rider of RADIANT TREASURE in that he shifted out and caused severe interference to the horses on his outside viz; KINGSFIELD (S. Hussain), DONTBREAKTHERULES (Chetan Kalay S.) and BLACK WHIZZ (Shamaz Shareef) at the start.

Jockey Khurshad Alam was interviewed by the Stipendiary Steward.  The Stipendiary Steward after considering the submissions made by Jockey Khurshad Alam and after viewing the CCTV decided to charge Jockey Khurshad Alam for Careless Riding.

The Stipendiary Steward thereafter suspended the Jockey’s Licence granted to Khurshad Alam with effect from 14th December, 2020 to 26th December, 2020 (both days inclusive) as he had pleaded guilty of the charge under Rule No. 161 (i) of the BTC Rules of Racing for Careless Riding on his mount RADIANT TREASURE (he was permitted to ride work) and was informed of his right to appeal.
