Trainer Mr. Pradeep Annaiah was fined Rs.1,000/- for using Tongue Strap on his charge DARING SWEETHEART for which prior permission was not obtained. Subsequently, Tongue Strap was removed before the horse left the paddock.

DARING SWEETHEART (A.R.Pradeep) was extremely fractious, reared up and flipped over in the starting gates. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter's order.

It was observed that ANNALEASE (Khurshad Alam) accidentally stumbled approaching 1400 Metres.

It was observed that Jockey IndraJeet Singh, the  rider of ICONIC PRINCESS had  to steady his mount to avoid striking the front runner TRACK STRIKER (Akshay Kumar) approaching 750 Metres.

Jockey Nazerul Alam, the rider of MY VISION was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).

DARING SWEETHEART (A.R.Pradeep) sustained cut injury on right stifle.

COMMANDPOST (Ravi R.) was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.
 
An enquiry was held on 27th January, 2021 into the relatively improved  performance of his charge IRONIC HUMOUR, trained by Mr. Prasanna Kumar. P and ridden by Jockey S. John in the above race as compared to its previous run in Race No.81 i.e., The Rajghat Plate - Div.III (about) 1200 Metres, Horses rated 15 to 35 run on 9th January, 2021 where it ran unplaced. After due enquiry, not being fully satisfied with the explanations tendered by trainer Mr. Prasanna Kumar. P, he was fined a sum of Rs.5,000/- for the unsatisfactory explanations tendered by him during the enquiry.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f IRONIC HUMOUR.
