DYNAMICAL (Darshan R.N) was examined at the starting gate by the Club's Veterinary Officer and was found to be lame on left fore. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's order. Trainer Mr. Aravind G. was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

It was observed that Jockey T.S. Jodha, the rider of PERFECT IMPRESSION had to ride his mount in check between the 950 Metres and 700 Metres due to a closely packed field.

An enquiry was held  on  27th  January,  2021  into  the  manner  of  riding by Jockey D. Gnaneshwar, the rider of HANDSOME in that he urged his mount with the aid of the whip to attain a forward position, in the process he shifted ‘in’ and tightened the horses on his inside despite the Jockeys calling out for room to keep straight viz; DECORUM (V.R.Jagadeesh) and SHANGHAI QUEEN (P. S. Chouhan) from the 1100 Metres till about 900 Metres.
 
Jockey D. Gnaneshwar was interviewed by the Stipendiary Steward. The Stipendiary Steward after considering the submissions made by Jockey D. Gnaneshwar and after viewing the CCTV decided to charge Jockey D. Gnaneshwar for an Improper riding.

The Stipendiary Steward thereafter suspended the Jockey’s Licence granted to D. Gnaneshwar with effect from 5th February, 2021 to 20th February, 2021 (both days inclusive) as he had pleaded guilty of the charge under Rule No. 161 (i) of the BTC Rules of Racing for an Improper Riding on his mount HANDSOME (he was permitted to ride work) and was informed of his right to appeal.

It was observed that HALFSIES (Naveen M.) suddenly stumbled and fell down, thereby dislodging the rider, in the process inconvenienced ADELA (R. Shelar) on his inside passing the 300 Metres and PERFECT IMPRESSION (T.S. Jodha) had to be steadied by its rider to avoid the prostrated horse  and rider. On immediate examination by the Club’s Veterinary Officer HALFSIES was found to have burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. Samar Singh was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

BENIGNITY (Chetan Kalay S.) was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

SHANGHAI QUEEN (P. S. Chouhan) was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g SHERWIN.
