AINTREE (G. Naresh) was observed to be trotting lame on right hind due to back sprain, as such the filly has been permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under starters orders.
 
DANCING DOLL (Mukesh Kumar) took a fly jump and in the process lost about a length.
 
HURRICANE (App. Abhay Singh) jumped out awkwardly and in the process lost about a length.
 
Explanation of Jockey Kuldeep Singh (BEST IN SHOW) that his instructions were to go to front and do his best in the straight which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, his mount did not raise a winning gallop in the straight inspite of his best efforts, noted.
 
Explanation of App. Afroz Khan (BLINK OF AN EYE) that he was tightened for room at about the 800 mtrs and thereafter his mount was trying to run out in the process shifted out and forced out ANGEL TESORO (B.R. Kumar) who in turn forced out TAPATIO (App. Surya Prakash) racing on his outside noted.  However, the App. was cautioned to exercise greater control over his mount in future.
 
App. Abhay Singh (HURRICANE) was cautioned for shifting in at about the 800 mtrs on to RED RIVER (App. Santosh Raj N R) who in turn forced in BLINK OF AN EYE (App. Afroz Khan).
