Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar was fined Rs.5,000/- for not obtaining prior permission for his charge SET TO WIN (P. Sai Kumar) to race without HOOD. Subsequently, permission was granted to him to run his charge without a HOOD.

An enquiry is being held into the relatively improved performance of MALWA, trained by Mr. S.S. Attaollahi and ridden by Jockey Akshay Kumar in the above race as compared to its previous run in Race No. 125 i.e., The
