Explanation of Jockey A A Vikrant (N R I STYLE) that he found something wrong with his mount at about the 800 mtrs as such he stopped riding and dismounted from the horse at about the 400 mtrs. As this confirmed our observation, the Jockeys explanation was noted. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the filly was lame on right hind due to severe back sprain.

Explanation of Jockey Nakhat Singh (SPECIAL EFFORT) that his mount did not show any initial speed as such he was unable to position his mount up with the front runners was noted for future reference.

AHANU (Praveen Gaddam) trailed the field throughout the race inspite of Jockeys efforts. Trainer A. Vatsalya was advised for a better performance in future.

Jockey Md. Ismail (DECCAN VALOUR) reported that his mount ran green throughout the race in the process causing inconvenience to UNSUNG HERO (Uday Kiran P) in the straight inspite of his best efforts. Trainer D. Netto was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.

Explanation of Jockey P.S. Chouhan (JEAN LAFETTE) that his instructions were to sit close with front runners and do his best in the straight which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort his mount did not show any turn of foot in the straight inspite of his best efforts. Trainer Laxman Singh while confirming the above added that he had not fancied but given a chance and further stated that his charge ran to the potential was noted for future reference.
