Racing Incidents

ALL TIME LEGEND (A.A. Vikrant) was fractious inside the stalls and dislodged Jockey, as such the gelding has been permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starters orders, SSC revoked.
 
An objection lodged by Jockey S. Zervan (SOUTHERN PRINCESS) placed 4th by the Judge against Jockey B.R. Kumar (MARK MY DAY) placed 3rd by the Judge that " in the last furlong, Jockey B R Kumar drifted out and came directly in front of me, due to which I had to stop riding and check my horse for about 4 strides and again made my move from inside, losing crucial ground and momentum and thereby losing a certain third place” was overruled by the Stewards and the judges placings remained unaltered.
 
The Stewards however, fined Jockey B R Kumar (MARK MY DAY) a sum of Rs.10,000/- for shifting out at about the 150 mtrs in the process causing interference to SOUTHERN PRINCESS (S. Zervan).
