Racing Incidents

BRAVE EAGLE (App. Kirtish Bhagat, dr.3) jumped out slowly losing about 2 lengths at the start.
 
At the start, WINDY CITY (M. Ayyar, dr.13) was observed to have brushed the gates and jumped out awkwardly.
 
Soon after the start, GRAND SINATRA (K. Nazil) shifted in thereby bumping and forcing WINDY CITY (M. Ayyar) inwards onto SMART CHOICE (S. S. Baria). After questioning, Jockey K Nazil and not being satisfied with the explanation his Jockey’s licence has been suspended for one race day i.e. on 7th November 2021.
 
Approaching the 700 metres, PEPPOLI (Prashant P. Dhebe) shifted in due to which GRAND ARCHITECT (App. P. Shinde) had to be steadied. Jockey Prashant P. Dhebe has been cautioned
 
Approaching the 700 metres, GRAND ARCHITECT (App. P. Shinde) was tightened for room and had to be steadied
 
Approaching the 200 metres, NOBLE KING (App. A. S. Peter) shifted out and went across FLOWER POWER (J. Chinoy) causing the later to check and change course. After questioning, App Jockey A. S. Peter and not being satisfied with his explanation, he has been fined Rs.3000/-
 
After the race, Trainer Narendra Lagad lodged a complaint that he was not satisfied with the riding of App. Jockey Aniket Karande on his charge LITTLE MORE. The Stipendiary Stewards are looking into it and will submit a report shortly.
 
After the race, SPECIAL SITUATION was trotted and found to be sound. SPECIAL SITUATION lost right hind shoe, GRAND ARCHITECT had a cut injury at the left hind hock.
 
The Equine Hospital reported that NOBLE KING had both eyes injury (left eye sore).
