Explanation of Jockey A A Vikrant (ARYAMAN) that his mount was uncomfortable at about 300 mtrs, in the process stumbled and fell resulting in he getting dislodged from the mount at about the 200 mtrs. The Jockey who was given immediate medical aid escaped unhurt. As this incident is purely accidental, no action beyond noting the same was taken. Subsequent Veterinary examination of ARYAMAN revealed that the gelding sustained complete open fracture of right fore.
 
Due to the above fall the running of DREAM JEWEL (P. Ajeeth Kumar), FIRST IN LINE (Khurshad Alam), ROYAL SUPPORT (R Ajinkya) and YESTERDAY (App. Surya Prakash) who were racing directly behind got hampered.
 
Jockey N B Kuldeep (QUALITY WARRIOR) was fined Rs.2000/- for shifting out under use of whip from about the 400 mtrs and also dropping his hands in the final stages of the race though on a beaten horse.
 
Jockey B R Kumar (SOUTHERN ACT) was fined Rs.1000/- for shifting in at about the 600 mtrs in the process causing interference to PINK SPLENDOR (Aneel) and thereafter PINK SPLENDOR (Aneel) dropped back and finished the course distance behind.
 
Trainer L.D' Silva was cautioned for inconsistent running of his charge QUALITY WARRIOR (Kuldeep N B) placed 2nd in this race who finished off board in the previous race.
