Explanation of App. R S Jodha (STORY TELLER) that his mount scrapped the starting gates whilst jumping out resulting in his right stirrup iron broke, as such he was forced to remove the left stirrup to balance himself as  a result he could not offer any assistance to his mount thereafter. As this confirmed our observation, no action beyond noting the explanation of App was taken.
