Permission has been granted to Trainer M.F. Ali Khan to saddle THE AKHANDA on behalf of Trainer M. Srinvas Reddy at both the Trainers' risk and liability.
 
SHADEN (Md. Ismail) was observed to be having temperature as such the filly has been permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds.
 
Jockey Nakhat Singh (JACK DANIEL) was fined Rs. 2,000/- for shifting in within 100 mtrs of the race in the process crowding the runners drawn on his inside resulting in interference to VIRANGNA (App. Arfoz Khan) who in turn forced in LADY DI (R Ajinkya).
 
Explanation of Jockey C Umesh (EVERGLADES) that his mount was hanging in throughout the race inspite of his best efforts, in the process taking the ground of THE AKHANDA (A. Ashhad Asbar) was noted.  Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the colt was trotting lame on left fore due to sore shins.
 
Explanation of App. Abhay Singh (PROTOCOL) that his mount ran green throughout the race as such he could not ride out his mount to complete advantage was not accepted and the App. was cautioned to be more vigorous in his efforts to be well up with the field in future. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the gelding was trotting short on both fore due to sore shins.
 
Jockey A. Ashhad Asbar (THE AKHANDA) reported that his mount was tending to run out in the straight inspite of his best efforts, noted.
