Racing Incidents

CANTERBURY (Md. Ismail) and FIRST APOSTLE (App. Abhay Singh) did not raise a fluent gallop throughout the race inspite of Jockeys and Apps efforts.  Respective Trainers L.D’ Silva and R H Sequeira were advised for a better performance in future.
 
App. Surya Prakash (RESURGENCE) was fined Rs.2000/- for losing his position in the initial stages of the race for no apparent reason.
 
Explanation of App. Gaurav Singh (DESERT SULTAN) that his mount was tending to run out for greater part of the race inspite of his best efforts was not accepted and the App. was severely cautioned for shifting out at about the 300 mtrs under use of whip in the process travelling wide in the straight.
 
Explanation of App. Surya Prakash (RESURGENCE) that his mount was hanging in, in the straight more so under pressure as such he could not ride out his mount on an even keel was noted. Trainer L.V.R. Deshmukh was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.
 
MILTON KEYNES (Mukesh Kumar) returned lame on right fore due to tendon strain.
