SALLY’S GIFT (Afsar Khan) was examined at the Starting Gates by the Club’s Veterinary Officer and was found to be trotting lame on right hind due to fresh injury on hock. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter’s Orders. Trainer Mr. G Srinivas Babu was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey Vivek G, the rider of OSIBISA was fined Rs.1,000/- for not maintaining a straight course, thereby allowing his mount to shift out, causing interference to SO FAR (Angad), on his outside, passing the 250 Metres.

It was observed that the saddle on HIGH OPINION (Saqlain S) shifted back in the straight. After due examination of the equipment after the race, which was found to be in serviceable condition, Trainer Mr. Warren Singh was fined Rs.3,000/- for his negligence pertaining to the faulty saddling of his charge, in the above Race.
