Trainer Mr. M Bobby (deputizing on behalf of Trainer Darius R Byramji) was fined Rs.2,000/- for failing to produce the declared coloured cap at the scales in respect of his charge, DAWN RISING (Arul J H). Subsequently, Black cap was permitted to be used.

Jockey Nazerul Alam, the rider of ARTICLE FIFTEEN, was fined Rs.5,000/- for   shifting 'in' and causing interference to DAWN RISING (Arul J H) on his inside as a result the latter shifted out and caused interference to SCARLET PRINCESS (H G Rathod) on its outside, passing the 400 Metres.
 
Jockey G Adarsh, the rider of INFINITE SPIRIT reported that his mount was hanging ‘out’ throughout the race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported. Trainer Mr. Lokanath V was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

DAWN RISING (Arul J H) was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.
 
LEGIONARY (M J Gautam Raj Urs) was impounded for veterinary examination and on examination of the mouth revealed fresh cut on left oral commissure. Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde was informed to take remedial measures before accepting with it again.

Trainer, Mr. Warren Singh, was fined Rs.5,000/- for discrepancy in shoeing in respect of his charge SEA BLUSH (Saqlain S) (1st Infringement). 

Routine sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b f SEA BLUSH.
