MIDAS TOUCH (Bhawani Singh, dr.7) played up after being stalled and casted herself underneath the stall as such the filly was withdrawn before coming under Starter’s order. Trainer Karthik Ganapathy has been asked to give his charge more gate practice and show the filly to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.
 
JUICED (Prashant P. Dhebe, dr.6) who was in the adjoining stall was taken out and examined by the Club’s Sr. V.O. and the gelding was found to have bleeding injury on left hind cannon and was certified unfit to race as such the gelding was withdrawn before coming under Starter’s order. The gelding has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O., before next accepting to race.
 
At the start, WILLY WONKAA (S. J. Sunil, dr.5) jumped inwards and had to be steadied.
 
Soon after the start, ANOUSHKA (S. Saqlain) shifted out and went across TARZAN (P. Trevor) who had to be steadied.
 
Passing 400 metres, SHERA (S. G. Prasad) shifted out under the whip thereby forcing WILLY WONKAA (S. J. Sunil) outwards onto MYSTERIOUS GIRL (K. Nazil).  Jockey S. G. Prasad has been fined Rs.2,000/-
 
In the final stages of the race, INDIAN CROWN (Antony Raj S.) drifted out under the whip thereby taking the ground of RUE ST HONORE’ (Neeraj Rawal). After questioning Jockey Antony Raj S. he has been fined Rs.5,000/-.
 
After the race, INDIAN CROWN was trotted and found to be sound.
