CLOVIS (Mohammed Mushraf) whipped around after jumping out, did not raise a fluent gallop, lost many lengths at the start and thereafter, ran detached from the field. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. M Bobby was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the Race Track. 

POWER PORT (Janardhan Paswan) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. M Pratap Kamath was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate practice day. 

Jockey M S Deora, the rider of RAJLAKSHMI was fined Rs.3,000/- for shifting out and causing interference to PININFARINA (Likith Appu K G), on his outside soon, after jumping out of the starting gates.

The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey Janardhan Paswan, the rider of POWER PORT, to the Stewards vide Charge Sheet No. 305, for “Careless Riding” [breach of Rule No. 161 (i) of the My.R.C. Ltd., Rules of Racing] on his mount, in the above Race; In that, as a rider of POWER PORT he came in sharply and bumped COUNTRY’S MIRACLE (H Zeeshan) on his inside which in turn went on to the horses on its inside viz. JET SPEED (M Prabhakaran), KINGS COMMAND (S Antony Raj) and SHIVALIK ATTITUDE (R N Darshan) respectively approaching the 1000 Metres, in the above Race. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the last Race and examined Jockey Janardhan Paswan. After repeatedly watching the CCTV footage of the above Race and after due deliberations, the Stewards decided to fine him a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only), for “Careless Riding” [breach of Rule No. 161 (i) of the My.R.C.Ltd., Rules of Racing] on his mount POWER PORT, in the above Race. Jockey Janardhan Paswan was informed of his right to appeal.
