Racing Incidents

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Arjun Mangalorkar to withdraw ANGEL BLISS (Antony Raj S.) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be lame on left hind and suffering from fever. He was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

As Jockey S. John was certified medically unfit to ride. Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Arjun Mangalorkar to substitute Jockey Antony Raj S to ride SILVARIUS in place of the declared rider. 

Jockey Y. S. Srinath, the rider of DOUGLAS was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).

Jockey P. Trevor, the rider of PRAGUE was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).

PRAGUE (P. Trevor) sustained superficial injury on tongue.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g DOUGLAS.
