b f YAZH (Hindu Singh) played up inside its stall and in the process sustained cut injuries on its both hock joints and stifle. The filly was taken out, examined by the Veterinary Officer and found to be lame on left hind. Under the circumstances the filly was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter’s orders. Tr. Vijay Singh was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer. The Trainer was further advised to give the filly adequate gate practice before accepting with it again.

ACTOFMAGIC (App Prathvi Singh) was extremely difficult to load. Tr. Manvendra Singh was advised not to accept with his charge until shown to the satisfaction of the Starter in a barrier trial.

The saddle used on ACTOFMAGIC (App Prathvi Singh) moved forward within 100 metres from the start with the apprentice having difficulty to control his mount which could not be ridden out at any stage of the race. Tr. Manvendra Singh was fined a sum of Rs. 2,000/- for faulty saddling.

Jockey Nikhil Naidu, the rider of DEVINE CHAKRA, reported that his mount was lugging out throughout the race in spite of his best efforts to keep it on a straight path. Tr. Javed Khan was advised to take appropriate remedial measures.
The Veterinary Officer reported that :-
a)    SILKEN LADY returned lame on left fore. Tr. Ms. Arti Doctor was informed not to accept with her charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
b)    DEVINE CHAKRA was examined on the morning of Tuesday, 27th December, 2022 and found to be trotting sound.
