Racing Incidents

Consequent to Jockey G. Naresh Kumar having been declared medically unfit to ride, the Stewards of the Club permitted Jockey P. Ajeeth Kumar to be substituted on AKASH.

QUEEN BLOSSOM (Md. Ismail) jumped out slowly losing about 1 or 2 lengths.
 
Explanation of Jockey A A Vikrant (DESERT SULTAN) that his mount suddenly ducked out in the straight in the process causing inconvenience to SUPERSTELLAR (P. Trevor) and thereafter the gelding dropped back from about the 450 mtrs whilst travelling in front and finished the course distance behind inspite of his best efforts was not accepted and the Jockey was cautioned for failing to exercise greater control over his mount.
 
Jockey P. Trevor (SUPERSTELLAR) was cautioned to ride out his mount past the post though on a beaten horse.
 
NRI ULTRAPOWER (Akshay Kumar) winner of the race is sampled.
