As Jockey Adarsh. G was certified medically unfit to ride. Permission was granted to trainer Mr. V. Lokanath to declare Jockey Khurshad Alam to ride MOVING AHEAD in place of the declared rider.

As Jockey Shamaz Shareef was certified medically unfit to ride. Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Faraz Arshad to declare Jockey Rayan Ahmed R to ride BRUCE ALMIGHTY in place of the declared rider.

MOVING AHEAD (Khurshad Alam) after jumping out, did not raise a fluent gallop and did not take any practical part in the race. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr.V. Lokanath was informed not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in at least two Mock Races.

QUEVEGA (Ravi R.) after jumping out, swerved towards the right, did not raise a fluent gallop and did not take any practical part in the race. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr.Narayana Gowda V. was informed not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in at least two Mock Races.
 
It was observed that THE PERFECT CHOICE (K. Sai Kiran) was inclined to run out between the 900 Metres till about 700 Metres.

Jockey Salman Khan, the rider of FIREFINCH was reprimanded for shifting 'in' and inconveniencing SIR TYRRELL (Ashok Kumar A) on his inside passing the 700 Metres.

Jockey K. Sai Kiran, the rider of THE PERFECT CHOICE was reprimanded for travelling wide after rounding the final bend for no apparent reason.

BRUCE ALMIGHTY (Rayan Ahmed R.) sustained superficial injury on left hind pastern.

FIREFINCH (Salman Khan) was subjected to veterinary examination. On examination, it was found to have bit sore on left oral commissure.

ARROWETTE (P. Trevor) was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

Trainer Mr. S.S. Attaollahi and Jockey P. Trevor were questioned regarding the running and riding of ARROWETTE in the above race.

The trainer stated that:

a)    He had asked the jockey to ride his own race and do his best as he know the horse;
b)    He did not take any exception to the jockeys riding as he did his best. However, he could only finish 3rd.
The Jockey stated that:

a)    His instruction was to ride his own race and do his best;
b)    His mount jumped out smartly and he rode from a forward position but when asked for an effort in the final 350 Metres his mount was putting its ears back while galloping;
c)    He concluded that his mount was one paced.

Their explanations were noted for future reference.
