Racing Incidents

PHILOSOPHY (A. Sandesh) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr.S. Padmanabhan was informed not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in at least one Mock Race.
 
Jockey Y. S. Srinath, the rider of LAST WISH was reprimanded for shifting out and inconveniencing SHABELLE (Akshay Kumar) on his outside passing the 1000 Metres.

It was observed that ETOSHA (K.G. Likith Appu) was pulled up by its rider passing the 800 Metres and did not complete the course. On immediate examination by the Club’s Veterinary Officer, it was found to have bled profusely from both nostrils. Trainer Mr. Neil Darashah was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of ASHWA YUDHVIR was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).

TIGER MOUNTAIN (Hindu Singh) was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b c ASHWA YUDHVIR.
